BASE - Initial Fitness
3x Per Week - Coach Led CrossFit Classes and access to our Class Workouts

Our Base Program is designed for members who just want 3 coach led group classes per week.  In order to see  strong results from this program, you will need very consistent attendance.

OnRamp - We will teach you the basics of CrossFit’s fundamental movements via 1on1 or small group instruction. This is required for members who are never done Crossfit in a class setting. This is typically a 2-3 hour session, which can be split into multiple sessions. In addition to teaching the fundamental lifts and introducing members to the various types of workouts we participate in, we also provide some introduction to equipment used and orientation of the gym. The cost of these sessions is $150.

A 12-week program to focus on nutrition, exercise, and overall health.
It begins with an individual meeting to discuss your goals, weekly check-ins and frequent availability to help with accountability, questions, and encouragement, and access to a group for all participants that will include tips for a healthy lifestyle.

LIFESTYLE Program - Full Fitness + Nutrition + Accountability

This program is designed for those athletes looking to adopt a new and healthier lifestyle.

It includes the following:

1 - Unlimited Coach led group classes with 24/7 access all managed through your smartphone. You'll be able to reserve classes and track your strength and conditioning improvements.

2- This program include nutrition guidance and accountability. Nutrition is the foundation of all of health and fitness and this program has a strong focus on helping you improve your nutrition, lose weight, and build/maintain muscle. It includes WEEKLY in person check-ins to review your nutrition and adjust and guide accordingly.

3- This program include MONTHLY InBody Body Composition Consult and monthly Goal Review Session per year. During these sessions we will review our body composition changes and discuss your goal progress and provide guidance and ideas/programs to help.
